These Application Terms (“Terms”) govern your use of ListrApp at postallistr.com. By using ListrApp you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Who provides ListrApp
ListrApp is a product of PostalListr, owned by Astrolabe Apps, Inc. ListrApp is not developed or operated by eBay, Etsy, Reverb, Shopify, TikTok, Depop, or any other marketplace. ListrApp is a third-party tool that helps you create and manage your own listings when you choose to connect your seller accounts.
What ListrApp does
ListrApp provides software to upload photos, generate listing drafts, run pricing research on eBay data for your items, and publish or export listings to channels you authorize. Features vary by channel and may change during beta. Some channels use one-click APIs; others use a copy-assist Paste Kit when no public publish API exists. The Etsy integration creates a draft listing in your own Etsy shop for manual review and activation — ListrApp does not redirect Etsy buyers, mimic Etsy checkout, or bulk-migrate inventory away from Etsy.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, prices, photos, and compliance with each marketplace’s policies.
- You must use only marketplaces and accounts you are authorized to use.
- You must keep your login credentials secure and revoke ListrApp access when you stop using the service.
Marketplace integrations — no endorsement, no marketplace warranties
When you connect eBay, Etsy, Reverb, Shopify, TikTok Shop, Depop, or other platforms, you also remain subject to their terms and policies. References to marketplace names in ListrApp are factual descriptions of integrations only. They do not imply that any marketplace endorses, certifies, or guarantees ListrApp.
Important: eBay, Etsy, Reverb, Shopify, TikTok, Depop, and other marketplaces are not the developers of ListrApp and make no warranties about this application — including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Any questions about listing policy, fees, or account status belong to the marketplace, not PostalListr.
Disclaimer of warranties
ListrApp is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, PostalListr disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding ListrApp and any listing drafts, price suggestions, or publish results. AI-generated content may contain errors; you must review everything before publishing.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PostalListr will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost sales, account suspensions, or marketplace penalties arising from your use of ListrApp. Our total liability for any claim relating to ListrApp is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (or USD $100 if you paid nothing).
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features (including specific channel integrations) at any time. We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Marketplace trademark notices
The term "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.
The term ‘eBay’ is a trademark of eBay Inc. This application uses the eBay API but is not endorsed or certified by eBay.
The term ‘Shopify’ is a trademark of Shopify Inc. This application uses the Shopify API but is not endorsed or certified by Shopify.
The term ‘Reverb’ is a trademark of Reverb, LLC. This application uses Reverb’s API but is not endorsed or certified by Reverb.
The term ‘TikTok’ is a trademark of TikTok Inc. This application uses the TikTok Shop API but is not endorsed or certified by TikTok.
The term ‘Depop’ is a trademark of Depop Limited. This application may use Depop’s API when partner access is granted but is not endorsed or certified by Depop.
Other marketplace names shown in the Paste Kit (for example Poshmark, Mercari, Vinted, Grailed, Facebook Marketplace) are trademarks of their respective owners. ListrApp is not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms unless explicitly stated in a signed partner agreement.
